The Money Smarts Project was started because Executive Director, Russell Cowan, saw too many small business go without proper accounting because they couldn’t afford to hire professional assistance.  Too often they came to his firm needing help to resolve issues that could have been avoided.  He made the mission of the project to assist businesses financially through a grant program.  The program builds stronger businesses and business owners.  Ensuring their success ensures a better tomorrow.
